I am really overwhelmed and glad to
assume the office of Presidentship of this glorious body
which cares for the health of all female populations.
OGSSI was adorned by stalwarts and legends like
Dr.A.L.Mudaliar, Dr.M.K.Menon Dr.Baskar Rao,
Dr.B.Palaniappan and many more… who rendered tireless
service to mankind and on whose success today`s
generation is riding on.
At this happy juncture I do have an apprehension – a
fear, if I would be able to better the efforts put in by
Dr.N.Sanjeeva Reddy, the Immediate Past President. I am
aware it’s going to be a colossal task - to replicate
all that he had done, in a short span of eight months
and hence I look forward to his help and able guidance.
The fresh lot of office bearer taking over along with me
have their tasks well cut out and am quite confident
that they will rise to the occasion in meeting the newer
challenges in providing quality academic programs
through monthly CMEs, Revision course for PG , YUVA
FOGSI conference and OGSSI Annual conference
I humbly request you to provide me with your valuable
suggestions and inputs to make our tenure a memorable
one.
